In today's episode we're diving into a question that I get asked all the time which is 'how do you heal?'... and I have to be honest, this is one of my FAVOURITE things to answer. Why? Because it has an unconventional answer that most don't like to hear. Join me as we go through a discussion on the concept of healing, how you're already doing it, and what it means to be 'consciously' aware of something (whether physical, emotional or mental) versus it just happening. We talk about examples of healing from a physical perspective, how the body is able to regenerate itself, and what I believe to be the founding pillars of healing.
