63% of Americans claim to be Christians, yet our culture is becoming increasingly chaotic and full of sin. Why is this happening? The reason is that most Christians only know how to apply the Bible to certain areas of life. The consequence is that Christians have little to no impact on culture. Do you see it?

This episode will give you an introduction to Ideas Have Consequneces, the podcast of the Disciple Nations Alliance. This is an action-oriented show where you’ll hear from a variety of biblical worldview teachers, writers, and cultural commentators. Our goal is to apply the Bible to every area of life by wrestling with the most prominent ideas in our cultures and seeking to practically interact with them from a biblical perspective.

So, to minimize bad actions and promote the good ones, I believe conversation is the best tool for promoting good ideas and/or beliefs. Breaking The Fever Alison Taylor & Jérôme Tagger The Coronavirus pandemic is the biggest crisis many of us have experienced in our lifetime, so far. And, as Arundhati Roy said, it is "a portal, a gateway from one world to the next." In any crisis, impossible ideas suddenly become possible, and precedents are set that can transform society over the long term. How can we identify, harness and shape these precedents so that we emerge into a better future? Join Jérōme Tagger of Preventable Surprises and Alison Taylor of Ethical Systems in this lively series of discussions exploring the social, political, environmental, economic and governance consequences of the pandemic. We bring together experts from a range of disciplines and a highly engaged audience to challenge and push their thinking. We hope our conversations spark ideas, connections, and solutions. Eve’s Talk Mikie Dean Eve's Talk is a live podcast designed to inspire women of all ages to know that your mistakes in life do not blemish your purpose. Eve reminds us that her actions may have had consequences but her name still has purpose. Eve was God’s original idea and her purpose filled the earth. You are the fulfillment of that purpose and God is ready for Eve’s to Talk. Should Be Known Clayton Pixton We get to the root of human problems like anxiety and depression and relationship issues by unpacking the idea of self-deception, an integral mechanism of life. There is a light of truth to which we have constant access, which when we act against we necessarily blind ourselves to the truth and suffer the consequences, even when we're not aware of what we're doing and are uncondemned by God. That's the idea. I believe it has great potential to unlock our ability to recover from powerful human problems and direct our efforts in this way. Join me on this journey!
