How do we engage with pain?

from Alive & Fragile · host catharaxia

If you’ve been keeping up with the newsletter this year, this audio vlog entry will likely not surprise you. It’s been an intense six months. The change has been welcome but hard to move through nonetheless. That’s why I like to take voice memos to listen back to and remember how I was thinking and feeling in each moment. I put together my favorite entries to share in an “audio vlog” with you. You may remember this format from January (I can’t believe it’s been six months!). I left time stamps for each entry. They are not in chronological order, but I don’t think it makes much of a difference. Thanks for keeping up with me. I’ll be checking in with you again soon. 0:00 – Hyping myself up post hell week 12:33 – Prepping the item tray 18:32 – Masochisme 27:35 – Muscle machinery 35:41 – Pure floetry (about Mutha Earth) This is a public episode.
