How Do We Grow Spiritually?

Gospel Blessings!!If you had to make a list of the top three things that help you grow spiritually, what would you suggest?  Would you say prayer, listening to worship music and reading your Bible?  While these are good things, are they "means of grace" or "means of gratitude?"
