You must make sure that the authenticity, which I wouldn't say I like that word, but the authenticity of what happens on your website and what you convey on social media aligns with what happens when people walk in the door. Don't be like the manipulative estate agent firm that makes a flat look extensive in the photo, but when you get to the flat, it's the size of a postage stamp. So consistency with your online and in-person persona is essential. One more thing.
