How do you do it all?

How do you do it all? I don't. Simple answer. What you see is not what I do? 1. I don't do it all - you might be seeing things from today, yesterday and promotions of upcoming things - but that's social media - it's all condensed 2. I don't - because I have help!! So much help. And lots of shout outs to the people supporting me in business an life 3. I cancel, postpone and make time for me - sometimes, my body forces me to rest and I'm ok with doing that. I know I don't have to do it all. This episode is real talk about comparing, shaming, and blaming ourselves when actually, no one else is 'doing it all' either. I'm here to share tips, tricks and hacks - also hard learned lessons -from my experiences of 15 years in business while travelling the world. so you can have some inspo to apply to your own life.
