Well if this is you stop take a breath and just relax. The month of January should be about setting yourself up fr the year, planning, creating intentions and not setting a million goals. Just maybe 3 should work. Forget about the new year new me this year and think about how do you want to show up. How do you want to feel and how can you get there. Think about your core values that you want in 2024 and what does that truly mean. Get inspired on Pinterest and start creating a vision of what you want more of. Get excited.
