How does a zero waste shop work?

To help us do that, we invited Hana Hrdlickova, who took over a small shop in Prague and started a zero waste shop with her partner. The shop, called Kohoutek (https://www.kohoutek.shop) specializes in household products and cosmetics.  In the show, Hana shared how she felt the need to be an agent of change and, as a business owner, how to be part of the Zero Waste movement.
