How Does Grief Become You?

Showing up with you every week with my heart on my sleeve means I will most likely share a full spectrum of human emotions with you at some point. This week I’m sharing from a broken heart, knowing I am not alone beside many humans on the planet right now and each of us for different reasons. And the irony, I feel so much love too. This one is different, with change there is a death of what has been and this process begets a sadness that can only be described as grief. Whatever you are mourning right now, if you are, I’m sending you love and solidarity.
