Astrology is a map for deeper understanding. As you study the language of the stars, the stars themselves begin to reveal something much deeper than you could imagine…this episode is just the beginning.

    Goodnight Moon?

Did you grow up reading Goodnight Moon? Or perhaps someone read it to you. On this Sagittarius Full Moon, I honor Margaret Wise Brown, the brilliant and eclectic author of hundreds of children’s books during her short and potent 42 years on Earth. With a stellium in Gemini, she was born 114 years ago to the day of this podcast - unbeknownst to me when I started to write this piece. Aaahhh the synchronicities of life are truly portals into the magic of reality. This Full Moon is certainly a reflection of that as well. Venus and Jupiter conjunct are leading this expansive and sparkly moment and infusing us all with just an extra sprinkle of exactly what we need, love and joy.

  17. 22

    Playful?

Remember how to play? Once upon a time that is all you wanted to do. And honestly, that was most likely your biggest responsibility at the time. And can you remember that insatiably curious nature of yours that loved to ask why everything is the way it is? It is a powerful practice to revisit these potentially far-off lands that still exist deep within us. Journey inward with me and explore what may be in the way of reclaiming some of that freedom found in approaching life with more play. What do you have to lose?

  18. 21

    What Brings This New Moon?

A new beginning is on the horizon, the beginning of something extraordinary. Can you feel it? A Taurus new moon is one of fecund and fertile soil for planting seeds of vision, projects, health, and wealth. And this moon is amplified, blessed by the most benefic planetary bodies in our galactic neighborhood. What happens in Taurus does not stay in Taurus as this new moon's unpredictable and electric impact will ripple with magnitude and staying power. What seeds of change are you planting?

  19. 20

    Oh So Subtle?

Venus moving through Taurus inspires me to share my commitment to a new (to me) and very ancient embodied practice, the art of Qi Gong. Working with energy on the other hand is not new as a lifetime yogi, and yet this is a completely new terrain that I am beyond thrilled to be discovering. Mars in Aries will give us plenty of energy to work with, so why not work with it consciously? Enjoy this episode and may it fuel curiosity within your potential to deepen your enthusiasm and dedication to exploring your Being.

  20. 19

    How Dare Thee Underworld?

Behold the Full Scorpio Moon in a T-Square with Pluto in Aquarius. This is not a time to run and hide, this is a time to face the music. Be bold, be daring, go deep, and relish in the opportunity to seize the day from within. This should be a holiday for inner work and I encourage each of us to celebrate it as if it is. Pluto is asking some hard questions that will illuminate your intimate shadowlands as you search for the answers. Let yourself relax back into the green pastures of your Taurus realm while you serve your egos up for review. What a great time to learn how to self-observe rather than self-indulge. Blessings!

  21. 18

    What Isn't Changing?

Change is a curious state of being. How much of your current POV is focused on the changes in your life? I am asking this question around what isn’t changing because I truly can’t find anything that isn’t molting, transforming, twisting, turning, uprooting, or revealing something new in every area of my reality. This recent eclipse portal certainly invited change by eclipsing out the old and as they say…in with the new? And the stars are conducive for change right now, sit back, “relax” and expect the unexpected!

  22. 17

A Total Solar Eclipse of the Heart?

Why is everyone talking about this eclipse? A Total Solar New Moon Eclipse in Aries is something to talk about, and more than talk, it is a cosmic event that reverberates on a physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and potentially a spiritual level if you are working in that realm. Conjunct Chiron and Mercury Rx, this signifies the end of past ways of being in relationship and the beginning of a new outlook that is unique for your life. Now is a time of listening for your inner guidance to emerge in the form of clarity.

  23. 16

Does The Past Beget The Future?

We are in the midst of the Eclipse portal traveling from Libra to Aries. This is a powerful time of personal growth and a rich opportunity to learn more about who you have been in order to make accelerated progress toward who you are becoming. Go for it! Take the reins of deep reflection and courageously release the parts of your life that are begging to be shed. The overarching theme is relational, watch for past relationships to arise in order to find resolve, within you and without you. As you consolidate you will find new ground from which to stand in the fullness of your Being.

  24. 15

Are You Blasted Open This Full Moon Lunar Eclipse?

Buckle up buttercups, we’re heading into the rapids of eclipse season now. At this point there isn’t much to do beyond being fully present and showing up, which is everything. And it’s Spring! The fire of Aries is churning out new birth across the lands, what’s new for you? These next two weeks may be more of an “out with the old, in with the new” vibe as well, so if you’re not yet clear as to where you are headed, rest assured it will be different than ever before.

  25. 14

How Do You Thrive During Difficult Transits?

Life is too short to merely survive it, so what does it take to thrive, especially when the cosmos seems to be playing a very rough game upon your soul? Well, first, know that transits are set up for you to grow, gain wisdom, or excel in certain areas of life. And we’ve all experienced growing pains at one point or another. Difficult transits are similar in that they push you to let go and let God…and sometimes this is less than fun. And yet, there are ways to thrive despite the challenges. Listen to this week’s podcast for my thoughts on just how you can do this too.

  26. 13

    What Is Your Dream Job?

Dreaming can happen anytime of day…depending on what kind of dreaming you are exploring. Day dreams are mere glimpses of our existence compared to the depths of significance that is beheld in the treasure of your subconscious realm. This Piscean New Moon invites us to explore the full spectrum of your dreaming “reality” and to discover all the layers of what makes you a dream weaver at heart.

  27. 12

    What Are You Praying For?

If there ever was a moment to pray, it would be now. It is always now where prayer has its power. It is now that matters most and it is now that exists. Prayer is always a good idea and right now I’m praying with you.

  28. 11

I’m Questioning Everything This Full Moon, Are You?

A time of purification and prostration to the eternal flame of the vestal virgin, this Virgo Full Moon holds a strong invitation to rise to a new occasion within. Feeling sluggish or weighed down on the physical, mental or emotional planes? Now is the moment to clear away, throw out, burn up and release what is not supporting you in the next phase of your being. Spring is just around the corner so do your pre-work now to lighten your psychic load and prepare for a jumpstart once the next eclipse cycle comes around March 25th - April 8th. Now is the time, do not hesitate to get your spring cleanse started early.

  29. 10

    How Does Grief Become You?

Showing up with you every week with my heart on my sleeve means I will most likely share a full spectrum of human emotions with you at some point. This week I’m sharing from a broken heart, knowing I am not alone beside many humans on the planet right now and each of us for different reasons. And the irony, I feel so much love too. This one is different, with change there is a death of what has been and this process begets a sadness that can only be described as grief. Whatever you are mourning right now, if you are, I’m sending you love and solidarity.

  30. 9

    What Is That Rumble?

A new moon you will never forget? Perhaps. It is a golden ticket to changing your life. This comes with a hefty price tag though…Question: Are you worth your weight in gold? Answer: No, you are actually priceless. The catch? It doesn’t matter if others know this about you, you need to know this about you. With Uranus squaring this new moon, you might be challenged to appreciate the very uniqueness that is rumbling from your depths only to be revealed in the near future.

  31. 8

    Why Am I Weepy?

Anyone else feeling all the feels? There is a deep undercurrent of healing available to you if you are ready. Chiron is up to something big as we prepare for the upcoming eclipse cycle later this spring. Where is Chiron in your chart? What are the wounds you are carrying that might just be ready to be seen in a new way, liberating energy within you didn’t even know you had?

  32. 7

    How Pluto Is Your Aquarius?

The Leo Full Moon is illuminated by the blazing Aquarius Sun where Pluto is also calling home for the next 18 years. In this episode I take you on a tour of the houses and how Pluto will transform you regardless of your preferences. Whether you resist or embrace Pluto is up to you, I recommend the latter for a more rewarding and cathartic journey through the self.
