Karen and Bec are joined by Jude Hill whose 4 year old son Adam sadly died from cancer 32 years ago. Jude now a Life after Loss Mentor helping others through a similar journey, has built her own online community called Sadness to Sunshine and is an author to a book of the same name. Jude saw a shift in her grief around the 20 year point and went through what she describes as a transformation change discovering energy healing and staying connected.
