In this episode, it's all about Sports Day at the girls' school. Lucky for Hibiki, she's been selected to do a nice little relay run. Obviously, that means some good, hard training at the gym to prep! Machio does indeed help all of the girls train for their sports day with the proper hamstring workouts, making sure they're nice and limber and lessen any sorts of injury that might occur.
