How I Recovered A Stolen Motorbike Using Facebook

A tale of a stolen bike, a useless police force and recorded conversation with a convicted drug dealer! On this episode of the Engaging Marketeer, I'm telling the story of how I managed to use social media to bring my daughter's motorbike back into her possession, while the police sat around and did nothing. Over the course of a very angry week, I was forced to take action and take on my most aggressive social media campaign to date, all because nobody else would. In this episode, I explain how and why I used Facebook to bring attention to my daughter's missing bike, how I incentivised social media users to help out where they could and how we managed to finally do what we set out to achieve, even when all looked lost. All while the police were the furthest thing from helpful, I even had a wonderful conversation with a local drug dealer who was one of the people named as being involved with the disappearance of my daughter's bike.
