How I snapped out of my misery when I became a widow and lost my baby.

from Transparency · host Anna Wells

Our perspective is what creates our beliefs, and our beliefs are what dictate our actions. One of the reasons we can get stuck, is when we chose to focus on what we don’t have. When we start focusing on what we DO have, that’s when magic happens! You will start to create more of what you already have and what you are grateful for! Even bigger and better! Gratitude is a natural anti depressant. Story time…when I became a widow super young, I was back at the drawing board. I could have wallowed in my misery. Or snapped out of it, and step into a stronger version of myself. Of course this didn’t happen overnight. My land lord in Beverly Hills, put me in my place, rightfully so, and that was a wake up call for me. I went on long daily walks for hours on end in Beverly Hills and Hollywood with airpods in listening to all the self development podcasts I could find. Moved to a smaller, affordable place, still had to go back to dancing, and I Airbnb’d my place out. That meant I had to crash on friends couches though for a while. Gosh I can tell you all the juicy stories of that time….got a minute?!🤪👀🙈
