How I Teach Large, Outside Physical Education Classes

It was a teacher who was offered a job teaching large (100+) groups at a time.  I looked at the previous replies to this post and saw a bunch of people saying "NO WAY! Don't do it", and "That's not legal", and all sorts of things. They're not wrong necessarily, but I have a different perspective on it. Here are some myths and truths and how I run my classes.
