How Is He Podcast Episode 125 w/ Declan Casey (Ace That Interview, Experienced HSE Manager)

How Is He Podcast | Ep. 125 On the hot seat with Podge & Guich today, is a man who knows a thing or two about putting people under pressure… because for years, he was the man sitting on the other side of the interview table! Declan Casey, Owner & Founder of Ace That Interview. A business built around helping people become more confident, prepared and, hopefully, a little less terrified when it comes to job interviews. But Declan Casey’s story isn’t just about interviews. It’s about confidence, changing direction, taking a chance on yourself and having the balls to start something of your own. He’s a Limerick man who moved to Kilkenny at 7 years old, became an experienced HSE manager, who after years of working in management and seeing first-hand the mistakes people make when they're looking for work, Declan decided to put that experience to good use and set up Ace That Interview. And what the lads really like about what Declan does, is that it’s not just about telling someone what to say in an interview, it’s about getting people to believe that they actually deserve to be in the room in the first place. So today they're going to get into interviews, nerves, confidence, rejection, career changes, starting a business, and probably a few horror stories from both sides of the interview table!
