ABOUT VICTORIA FOX  Victoria was appointed as CEO of AAR Group in 2019, which is a marketing consultancy specialising in harnessing marketing ecosystems to bring new perspectives to their clients in order to help them to drive growth.   This appointment builds on a successful 20-year career agency side, most recently as CEO of LIDA, M&C Saatchi’s global customer engagement agency.   Victoria is also an active member of WACL (Women in Advertising and Communications) and proud to have been awarded 2019/20 UK Top 50 'Leading with Kindness' award sponsored by the Financial Times.
