How mindfulness can help you when you are struggling to sleep - Ep. 4

from The Mindful Path · host Isabelle Griffith

In this episode, we will be looking into how mindfulness could help you when you are lying awake at night. If, like me, you have an overthinking brain, a tendency to feel anxious or get stuck on worrying, you might find yourself struggling with getting a peaceful night's sleep at times.  Perhaps you go to bed and lie awake for a long while before eventually drifting off to sleep.  Or maybe you fall asleep quite easily but then wake up at two or three in the morning feeling anxiety slowly rising in you as you try to go back to sleep.   If that's you too, this episode is for you. In this episode, I share eight tips, which I have found useful to deal with these sleepless nights. I hope you find them useful too.
