Just over 13 years ago in October of 2006, I started my Exercise Physiology business on the back end of completing my final thesis for my Exercise Physiology Masters Degree. I had found a niche in the market that no one else was attending to and so I went all in. I never knew or could even imagine that over the next 13 years I would create a thriving exercise physiology business that would lead me to writing an amazon best selling book that would then see me become "The No Breakfast Guy". Through a TONNE of hard work and some luck along the way, I currently produce content and talk to 10's of 1000's of people everyday on a number of different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Podcasts, Tik Tok, LinkedIn) and I couldn't be happier.
