How much things have changed for the hotel sector in Ireland. 18 months ago, we were in the middle of lockdowns and hotels were eerily quiet – bailed out by taxpayers. Then when we started opening up, there was a huge rush for holidays and staycations. Now Hotels face soaring energy costs, and a possible economic downturn Michael Magner is the VP with the Irish Hotel Federation and joined Joe Lynam on the show.
