How NOT To Use Fasting

from Let's Just Talk · host Adam Martin

I have seen an ever increasing trend of people taking my "balance is key", "as long as it fits your calories" advice far too literally and reverting to fasting as a way to "punish" themselves for the food they ate the day before or after a big social weekend. Fasting as an array of positive health and well-being benefits and it is these that you should focus on when looking to include fasting or the no breakfast life as part of your day to day life. What you should NOT use fasting for, is to restrict calories and do so in a way that feels like a punishment for the food you ate yesterday. In this weeks podcast I talk in two opposite directions and talk about why living a "balanced" life may see you make no progress at all and why going the complete opposite way and being very STRICT may be the key to your success. I do hope you enjoy the episode and as always if you do enjoy the show and haven't already, please go and give the podcast a quick review and 5 star rating as it would mean the world to me :-) Join the tribe and become a NO BREAKFAST CLUB member today and receive daily workouts sent directly to your email, discounts on products and services and MUCH more planned in the no too distant future.
