How one HR consultant is literally changing lives

In this episode Sarah is joined by Jennifer Opare-Ayree. Jennifer went through her virtual HR consulting bootcamp in March 2022.Everything that has happened to Jennifer, has brought her to where she is now, with her own consulting business, and her charity the Mary Sowah Foundation, set up in honour of her grandma, who passed away in late 2017.Jennifer, brought up by her grandma, came to the UK at aged 15, to be with her father and siblings. Her grandma sold everything she owned, to give her an education.
