We do have the power to choose our thoughts. That awareness was not always there for me but once I learned that I have a choice in what thoughts I engage in or what thoughts I want to predominately have occur in the first place in my head was a game changer. Thoughts drive our emotions/feelings which in turn drive our behaviours. By having full control of our thought pattern, we can have control over what emotions and or feelings we feel and therefore have control over the behaviours that we engage in.
