  • The calm most of us are looking for is within us all along

We might not all be able to attend a mindfulness retreat day, but why not try to create a mini mindfulness retreat in our busy day? A few moments of silence, away from distractions and intrusions. Even a few minutes could help give our mind a well deserved rest.
