Determined to reclaim her health, she embarked on a holistic healing journey, uncovering the body's remarkable ability to heal itself when given the support it truly needs. At 27, Noelle holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition, is a certified holistic health coach, and is the founder of Light and Aligned Wellness, a coaching practice combining holistic care with strategic solutions for chronic digestive and gut-based issues.
