We came to this earth not to feel good, but to become good at feeling.

Our earth life experience was designed for us to feel the full spectrum of emotions and learning how to understand and manage our emotions is the foundation for everything we experience in life.

Think about this:  There is no possible way to understand true joy and happiness, if we have never experienced sorrow or sadness. We cannot enjoy the feeling of accomplishment if we have never felt some disappointment or failure, we cannot feel courageous if we didn’t feel some fear.  This is all part of God’s plan for us.  He has made it possible for us to experience opposition in ALL things, which includes our emotions, in order to truly achieve our divine potential.

I firmly believe that Feeling emotion is a divine attribute of Christ. While He lived on earth, he experienced the full myriad of emotions. .   He did not run away from them or fight against them, but he felt  them.

It can be scary to think about feeling those emotions that make us feel uncomfortable, but, my friends, it is entirely possible.  And I promise, it won't make those unwanted emotions more intense. In fact, when we allow ourselves to really feel them,  it will have the opposite effect.  That feeling will actually become less and less intense, and diminish all together.    This is something that I have taught my clients to do and it has made such a difference in their lives.

Taking time to pause, and allow ourselves to feel the emotions we feel, is one of the best things we can do for ourselves.

My 12- week program is designed to help you pause your anxiety, so that you can catch your breath and enjoy your life again.  Check it out here:
