Surround yourself with confident, positive people who believe in you and also give you honest and direct feedback•Attitudes are contagious…you become who you surround yourself with most.•Spend time with people who celebrate your successes.•Direct and honest feedback is a gift.  Action step:  Write down the 20 people you spend the most time with.
