The feeling of gratitude can bring a sense of peace or joy but gratitude can never bring you anger. In this episode I talk about how I brought a gratitude practice into my life back in 2009. My practice of waking up and being thankful before I check my phone or do anything else.  Thank you for the good nights sleep, thank you for the warm blankets and thank you for the home that keeps me safe.
