I don’t usually experience anxiety but one morning last week I was thinking about my day ahead as I was waking and I could start to slowly feel my chest tighten. 😧My thoughts were causing this brief episode of a panic attack...As I became aware of these feelings and the thoughts that were associated to this attack I began to focus my attention to my breath and prayers.🙏🏼I had to shift my thinking from the cause to positive thoughts...Through my morning prayers, reflection and gratitude with movement.
