How to Combat CantBeFuckedNess?

In this episode we delve into how to combat procrastination. I'm an expert on procrastination, simply because I'm the best i know at it. As Donald Trump would say - "They said I'm the best they've seen at procrastination, they all said it. All the important people. They said that there's no one else in the world that's better at it than me." The first half of this episode I call myself out on why I do it, which will bring some good insight into your own patterns, and the second half, we actually get some great tools to tackle this craziness of the mind. Ultimately none of us enjoy when we're procrastinating, and when you can move ahead even though you want to procrastinate. That's some cool life hacking right there.
