As the holiday season approaches, a lot of us will be spending time with friends and family. And as wonderful as that may be, it can also come with its own set of challenges. Relationships can be joyful, fun and energising, but they can also be complex, tense and energy-depleting. Relationships involve humans … humans in all their beauty and in all their complexity. Bringing different personalities, attitudes, pasts, aspirations, motivations, feelings and expectations together is likely to be challenging. This is true at this time of the year and of course at any other time. In this episode, we will look at ways in which each of us can create more harmony in our own relationships.
