How to Get Over What People Think of You and Show Up on Camera

from Say It Out Loud with Vasavi Kumar · host Vasavi Kumar

We put a lot of pressure on ourselves to perform. We primp in the mirror, set up our background to look nice, and think we have to speak perfectly to really be “good” on camera. It’s all bullsh*t.👉🏼 The fear behind this is that we’re afraid of what people will think of us.Of our messy home or the acne on our face. That we don’t know EVERYTHING about everything. How we might sound stupid or not be interesting. And isn’t that just ridiculous when you think about it?Something so trivial as someone else’s ideas about us being the thing that’s stopping us from attracting our ideal audience and making bank?Getting #RealRich - being you and getting paid - has to drive you more than the fear of what that person might think of you.(P.S. It’s not your business what they think of you anyway, so release it.)Until we can fully release it though, I want you to have a few ways you can show up, build that confidence muscle and become a more self-expressed version of yourself, which you’ll learn in today’s podcast episode.Resources and Links from your show host, Vasavi Kumar:Join the Real Rich community here: http://vasavikumar.com/membershipConnect with Vasavi on Instagram: @mynameisvasavi---------Vasavi Kumar leads the coaching industry with 10 years of experience and has helped thousands of women overcome major life obstacles to create new heights of success.
