She Says It Out Loud | Episode 5: Why This Work Doesn't Stick Without Practice

This is the final episode of She Says It Out Loud. In this episode, I explain why awareness fades without repetition, why safety is learned in relationship, and why trying to do this work alone is where most people get stuck. If this series opened something in you, this episode helps you decide what to do next. Because the work isn't over. It's just beginning. And it doesn't happen alone.Send us Fan MailSupport the show👇🏽 Join The Out Loud School — the global community to train your voice, visibility, and self-expression on camera.vasavikumar.com/theoutloudschool📣 Connect with me on Instagraminstagram.com/mynameisvasavikumar🌐 Learn more about my workvasavikumar.com

She Says It Out Loud | Episode 4: How to Speak Like the Woman You're Becoming (Not the One You Survived As)

Most people are still speaking like the child who learned to stay small, not the woman they actually are. This episode pulls you into your future self — the voice, the presence, the expression, the honesty — and gives you the exact practice to anchor it now. You'll walk away with a daily say it out loud ritual, a visibility cue your nervous system will trust, and a mantra to speak from power, not performance. After this episode, your voice will sound different — even to you.Send us Fan MailSupport the show👇🏽 Join The Out Loud School — the global community to train your voice, visibility, and self-expression on camera.vasavikumar.com/theoutloudschool📣 Connect with me on Instagraminstagram.com/mynameisvasavikumar🌐 Learn more about my workvasavikumar.com

She Says It Out Loud | Episode 3: The Identity You Need to Stop Shrinking: A Brutal Reset

You don't need more clarity. You need a new identity — one that doesn't require you to shrink, soften, or dilute yourself to stay relatable. This episode gives you the identity calibration you've been avoiding. It's blunt, it's confronting, and it's the exact shift that makes you impossible to ignore. You'll walk away knowing the identity you've been performing, the identity you actually need, and a single sentence that breaks your shrinking habit. This one hits the deepest.Send us Fan MailSupport the show👇🏽 Join The Out Loud School — the global community to train your voice, visibility, and self-expression on camera.vasavikumar.com/theoutloudschool📣 Connect with me on Instagraminstagram.com/mynameisvasavikumar🌐 Learn more about my workvasavikumar.com

She Says It Out Loud | Episode 2: How Your Nervous System Exposes the Lies You Tell Yourself

Your mouth can say the polished version. Your tone, your breath, your pacing, your micro-pauses — they tell the truth. This episode teaches you how to read your own voice like a lie detector test. Spoiler: your nervous system has been outing you this whole time. You'll walk away knowing the three signs you're speaking from fear instead of truth, a regulation drill you can use in ten seconds, and a new baseline for speaking that doesn't sound like you're auditioning for approval. This one changes how you sound — immediately.Send us Fan MailSupport the show👇🏽 Join The Out Loud School — the global community to train your voice, visibility, and self-expression on camera.vasavikumar.com/theoutloudschool📣 Connect with me on Instagraminstagram.com/mynameisvasavikumar🌐 Learn more about my workvasavikumar.com

She Says It Out Loud | Episode 1: The Real Reason You’re Afraid to Be Seen (It’s Not Confidence)

Everyone thinks they have a visibility issue. They don't. They have a truth-telling issue. A self-trust issue. A nervous system that still thinks being seen is unsafe. In this episode, I dismantle the polite narratives you've been using to protect yourself and name the actual root of why you freeze when eyes are on you. You'll walk away with a deeper understanding of your visibility pattern, a body-first practice to break it, and a truth you can't unhear.Send us Fan MailSupport the show👇🏽 Join The Out Loud School — the global community to train your voice, visibility, and self-expression on camera.vasavikumar.com/theoutloudschool📣 Connect with me on Instagraminstagram.com/mynameisvasavikumar🌐 Learn more about my workvasavikumar.com

How to Lead When Your Life Is Falling Apart Behind the Scenes

In this solo episode, I’m pulling the curtain back on the three things sitting at the center of my world right now: The Out Loud School, Black Friday, and the six-month mark of losing my dad.I talk about what grief has clarified in my life, what I’m no longer willing to do in my business, and why I’m not running a Black Friday sale despite the entire online world screaming for urgency. I share the deeper truth behind the way I’m building The Out Loud School, not from panic or discounts, but from integrity, longevity, and the power of our actual voice. If you’re in a season of reevaluating what matters, this episode will land.If you’re tired of pressure-based selling, it’ll feel like a breath of air.And if you’ve been curious about stepping into The Out Loud School, this will help you understand why it’s the most important thing I’m building right now.Listen in, and if something hits home, tell me what it brought up for you.Send us Fan MailSupport the show👇🏽 Join The Out Loud School — the global community to train your voice, visibility, and self-expression on camera.vasavikumar.com/theoutloudschool📣 Connect with me on Instagraminstagram.com/mynameisvasavikumar🌐 Learn more about my workvasavikumar.com

Stop Outsourcing Your Emotions: Healing Perfectionism, People-Pleasing, and the Nervous System with Béa Albina

I Spoke Less. I Became More. Now I’m Ready to Talk.

After a few months off the mic, I’m back!!!! Not to explain the gap, but to talk about what actually changed while I was living instead of broadcasting. In this episode, I share what building The Out Loud School has been teaching me about voice, leadership, and showing up in real-time. I talk about navigating grief after losing my dad, and how that cracked open new layers of honesty and softness in my life. I also get into the connection between love and money — worthiness, receiving, letting yourself be supported — and how doing that inner untangling has made life and business feel more spacious and more fun. This isn’t a “comeback,” it’s a continuation. Why “Speak Up” Is Terrible Advice for Women in the Workplace

Let’s get one thing straight: Women aren’t quiet because they lack confidence. They’re quiet because the culture taught them it’s safer that way.In this episode of Say It Out Loud, I’m breaking down why “just speak up” is some of the laziest, most surface-level advice given to women in corporate spaces — and why it completely misses the point.Visibility isn’t a confidence issue. It’s a culture issue. And culture is shaped by leadership, not by how loud someone speaks in a meeting.I’m diving into: 🔥 Why confidence isn’t the solution — safety is. 🔥 How broken leadership communication creates visibility gaps. 🔥 Why organizations keep trying to “fix” individuals instead of fixing culture. 🔥 The truth about psychological safety and trust inside leadership. 🔥 How The Out Loud Visibility Method™ creates space for real change. If you’re tired of the performative “speak up” rhetoric and ready for conversations that address the real problem, this one’s for you.Visibility isn’t optional. Communication shapes culture. The Power of Being Selfish

Being called selfish doesn't feel good. And, there is power in being selfish. Now before you go ahead and judge what I'm saying, listen to the episode. If you are distracted by an ex-boyfriend, avoidant husband or current partner. and spend 99.9% of your time focused on giving to others (all while ignoring your needs, dreams, and ideas), this episode is for you. Being selfless isn't a badge of honor. In fact, it's the reason why all of your goals have been put on the back-burner. I'm especially talking the women out there who are waiting around for him to "pick" you, love you, and see you. And for what? Can you honestly say that even if he were to "choose you," you would be fulfilled? You and I both know that you're chasing. That you're acting desperate. And that you are wasting your time, energy, and effort on the wrong thing. Your worth is not determined by someone else. Today's solo episode is an an invitation and a call to action for women who are sick and tired of waiting to be picked. It's time you pick yourself. It's time you start that podcast, start that business, leave that job, write that book, work on YOU. Because ultimately, you are the most important project. Raise your standards. Level up. Send us Fan MailSupport the show👇🏽 Join The Out Loud School — the global community to train your voice, visibility, and self-expression on camera.vasavikumar.com/theoutloudschool📣 Connect with me on Instagraminstagram.com/mynameisvasavikumar🌐 Learn more about my workvasavikumar.com

    42nd Birthday Episode!!!!

I turn 42 today! I've been a licensed therapist and coach for 14 years. That's always been the majority of my bread and butter. I recently decided to tap into + make space to pursue my other passions. To say that I am excited AND shit scared would be an understatement. Here's what's been giving me the tingles lately:-Voiceover acting - just got signed by DDO Artists Agency-Audiobook narration - because my voice soothes souls. -Producing - helping top talent podcasters, speakers, and business owners to shine even brighter on stage + camera. (this is for you if you LOVE holding a mic  )-On-camera training - because you're already amazing on stage and camera, you just need a few tweaks to bring out the most fun and you-est version of yourself(P.S. Hire me for any of the above) I grew up in front of the camera, with my father capturing my every moment. In this season  of my life, I will be behind the camera, providing guidance, feedback, and training to help YOU own the mic and come to LIFE in front of the camera and stage. I take my passions seriously but as it turns out, I have been avoiding the voice inside of me that's been telling me to go all in for a while.Just the other day a friend said to me, "Yeah Vas, you've been saying that you want to focus on your other passions for a while now.”Turns out, other people have heard me loud and clear. It's me that's been avoiding listening to what my inner voice has been saying for a few YEARS. The biggest fear was, "How will I be able to sustain myself financially with this new pivot?"Like I tell my clients "You can do this. You got this." I'm taking my own advice and saying this to myself (and trusting + listening). This feels like a true honoring of what I have been wanting to do for a very long time. I'm celebrating the woman that I am and that I am BECOMING as I enter into a very new chapter in my life.I am AVAILABLE for projects that allow me to partner with people who are already doing the damn thing, and using my hard skills while staying soft Don't be afraid to say your dreams OUT LOUD + take action towards realizing them into existence. Thank you for being here and a part of my life.Send us Fan MailSupport the show👇🏽 Join The Out Loud School — the global community to train your voice, visibility, and self-expression on camera.vasavikumar.com/theoutloudschool📣 Connect with me on Instagraminstagram.com/mynameisvasavikumar🌐 Learn more about my workvasavikumar.com
