How to Get Your Integrity & Gratitude Back

from TAO-Living with Lou Corleto

Let's talk about familiarity - the dark side of familiarity. You've heard of the phrase "Familiarity breeds contempt," right? What is familiarity and what is this phenomenon of cultivating contempt? So, familiarity is the close association with someone or something. If we are too close to someone or something, for too long, we tend to lose respect for that person or thing. It can be difficult to take a look at the respect we're losing for people and parts of our life, however I recommend you take a look. Because when you take an inventory about how you're showing up in life, you have the opportunity to regain integrity with your values and experience gratitude again. If you don't want to take life for granted, have a listen and as always, thank you for tuning in to the Tao-Living Podcast. On this note - think about how familiar you are with your BODY, your TEMPLE. Grab The Operator's Manual for Your Vehicle (free). It's a great way to regain respect for your body, learn how it is meant to work, and how you - the driver - are meant to use it to get fullness out of your life.  Snag the free video series here. Abundant blessings! Ciao.
