In this episode I share some key ideas you can implement if you have a little one with anxiety, behavioural issues, low mood or related challenges.  In my fifteen years offering one to one sessions I've worked extensively with children and parents, and am passionate about helping fellow parents and any children suffering.  I promise, when you get the right building blocks in place, so many severe issues either hugely improve or disappear altogether.  Children are naturally super resilient and I've been surprised again and again by just how well they bounce back and begin to thrive when they're set up for success.
