How to Hold Space For Groups In A Mastermind

I’ve been having a lot of conversations lately around the topic of how to hold space for groups of people in masterminds. The environment of a group mastermind is so different to that of the private coaching space so today I’m sharing some specific strategies and examples from my business which will help support you in running your own group calls. In this episode, I take you through three specific things to keep in mind when running your group mastermind calls. The first is managing your energy and how your role as a coach is to remain impartial. This allows you to look at things from a clear vantage point and support your clients from that place. I share some practical strategies on how to manage your own energy before and after calls so you can hold space from a grounded place. I also discuss the importance of knowing your limit on calls and understanding what structure works for you.
