Do you recommend other businesses so that she feels relieved rather than hassled? 3. Do you build a community she can be part of? Can she participate and contribute to that community? 4. Do you completely and totally remove all the risk on her buying decisions? 5. Do you reward her for buying from you? A free upgrade, a bottle of champagne or a hefty discount on her next purchase.
