How to make this week your b*tch...

from Progress Not Perfection Hosted by Jeffrey Pachtman

I used to be like you. I used to listen to all the advice from “gurus” online or friends making ridiculous claims about how they got in shape. Here’s some classic ones: . - “I just cut out bread” - “I just stopped eating carbs” - “I just started fasting” - “I just started drinking celery juice” - “I just stopped eating meat” - “I just stopped eating grains” . You name it. People are quick to tell other people what to do without knowing the science. Wanna know the real reason your buddy lost all that weight——— . Two words: CALORIE DEFICIT. . Now three words for emphasis: CALORIE FUCKING DEFICIT. . I used to think meal timing mattered. It doesn’t. I used to think that if I ate past 8pm my body stored more fat. . I used to think. I used to THINK way too much. You know what my problem was? Too much thinking. Not enough ACTION. . If you want to start seeing results, you gotta take action. Small actions. Consistently. Every day. . If you take one piece of toilet paper off a new roll every day, you don’t notice a difference in the size of that roll. But after weeks, you will definitely notice a big change. This is how fat loss works. Gradually. Small actions. Every day. . All you have to do is stop thinking and do this one thing, starting tomorrow...follow through. Make that small goal—-2 liters of water, walking for 10 minutes, meditate for 2 minutes, and follow through. Tomorrow. . You with me? Cool. . Love you.
