Anger is often perceived to be a 'negative' feeling but it is simply one of the many emotions we experience as human beings.  What we do with anger, how we react to it, is what we need to be mindful of. In this episode I explore:

  • A few things to know about anger
  • The difference between repressing and managing our anger
  • How mindfulness helps us deal with the inner feeling of anger 
  • The mindfulness principles and techniques which have helped me most with managing anger
