There's only communication that works, and communication that doesn't. Today's episode is all about mastering your self-talk. How do you speak to yourself as you handle a negative situation? Are you hard on yourself? Are you easy on yourself? Think about it for a second… Regardless of what you may have thought before; it's not about the 'positive' or 'negative' anymore. It's about EFFECTIVE and REAL communication with your inner self. That's what will get you through your toughest moments.
