In this episode, I explore a topic which comes up regularly in the work that I do with my clients: procrastination.

According to the dictionary, we procrastinate when we:

keep delaying something that must be done, often because it is unpleasant or boring

Does that sound familiar?

Do you have a tendency to delay tasks you know you have to do?

Do you often prioritise urgent, less important tasks to delay tackling the most important ones on your list?

Have you been known to put your head in the sand about important tasks?

Maybe you find all sorts of distractions to avoid having to tackle them (hello social media feed!)?

If so, there is a good chance that you are procrastinating.

But don't be too harsh on yourself, procrastination is a manifestation of your brain wanting to seek pleasure and avoid pain.

In this episode, I talk about why we procrastinate and offer practical steps to overcome procrastination.  You won't want to miss it!
