How to reach those naughty kids who just don’t seem to listen

You might already have strategies for behaviour management - some passive, some active and some which might be rewards based. But what do you do with those naughty kids who can’t seem to be reached?.. oppositional kids who are non- compliant, unsafe, disrespectful and walking out of the room. Why do they continue to act out and miscommunicate?
