Just like any other relationship, if it's going to be a harmonious one, both parties have to be happy. And just because you're the one asking for money doesn't mean that you're obligated to take every Tom, Dick, and Harry that shows up on a sales call. In other words, YOU have as much right to say NO to a deal as the client does. It's just as important that the seller be as satisfied in the relationship as the buyer.
