How to Spot Sabotaging Behaviors

For this episode I came up with a long list of covert and overt behaviors you may experience or encounter in your relationships that are actually actively sabotaging you. It is my experience that the current world of psychology is finally outing the toxic behaviors that cause some of the mental health symptoms many of us experience. Our mental health is affected by our environment, including the people in our lives. If we are at the effect of negative, toxic treatment and behavior, we will suffer, often because we are manipulated to believe that we are the one with the problem. This is untrue, and needs to be called out and shown for what it is.  Unfortunately, the people in our lives can sabotage us: With their beliefs about us, their treatment, their intentions and their actions. When we can finally wake up to this treatment, we can then decide to leave or protect ourselves from these relationships. This is the healthy thing to do.
