By becoming the silent observer of our minds, and more present by making deep conscious breaths, we, at least, have a chance to tame our over-active minds."The other day while I was walking I suddenly realised that for the whole journey I had been really horrible to myself.   If anyone were able to record my internal mental chatter, they would have heard me telling myself I wasn’t good enough and putting myself down. You name it, I had decided it was wrong with me that day!  In short I was nagging myself to bits!
