How to Trust your Choices Ep#119
from Press Pause Podcast · host Katrina & Lauren
There are many choices we make each day around food, exercise, supplements and medicine, how do you really know what's working?Today we talk about how to understand what's working, and some steps around being able to ask yourself to get clearer answers. Here are a few tips that we suggest:Stay on the new food group, supplement or self care practice for a minimum of 3 months.Introduce one thing at a time.Journal or take notes over the time period of the changes you notice. There is a lot we all love to take and need, we encourage you not to stop trying new things because you think they wont work, and also perhaps don't try everything all at once. Getting to know your own body and asses it without being influenced by others and all the opinions out there is what's important.Sometimes you notice it straight away and sometimes you don't, however it doesn't mean it's not working, especially if it's a micro nutrient vs a macro nutrient. There's no need to feel lost, join us today and discover ways you can monitor all your efforts towards better well being. If you would like more support in this area you can connect with us via our websites or social media platforms.Feel free to get in touch, share your thoughts and feedback, or ask any questions you have.Katrina - [email protected] - [email protected]
