How to upsell without turning off clients

Did you know that’s it’s 5 times easier to sell to someone who’s already buying from you? It’s true!While I think it’s a good idea to post online to attract new clients, we also need to strategize how to attract more income with the clients that are already booked with us. That’s why it’s imperative to upsell your amazing services and products to clients who are in your chair (aka buying from you already)! Plus, it’s beneficial for them as well!I have a simple technique that I’ve been using in my own business and have taught it to hundreds of other Hairstylists over the last several years. It’s called the 90/90 Rule. 90% of your clients should be buying or getting 90% of your products and services.
