The exercise is called Stop, Start, Continue and I think it’s great for this time of year, but I would also take it away for next summer to share with staff and have them do it several times throughout the summer. First, take a moment to think about what you need to STOP doing; what is that thing you’re doing that’s creating issues or stress or you know personal problems for yourself or your staff? What do you need to START doing? What is something that would help you make you feel better, help you deal better with communication with your staff, whatever it is, just start doing it. Third, what is something you CONTINUE with? This could be your process in your business or people you work with, marketing activities, training, sessions or programs.
