How ya doin on those resolutions?

from You’re Not As F*cked up As You Think You Are! · host elburns02

We are releasing from a new platform but hey, now that we're halfway through the year its a good a time as any to check in with those goals you have for 2025! Don't Worry! We're not here to make you feel bad for not hitting them, I, Emily am not all that close to hitting mine just yet but this episode is to help you think of goals and resolutions in a less confronting way than we as a society are accustomed to. Its kinda hard to achieve goals when thinking about them makes you feel guilt/shame/fear all the usual suspects that hang out in "should" land. Anyways...hope you enjoy it!
