How Yoga Promotes Emotional Healing ❤️‍🩹

from Tune You · host Laura Jane

I am so pumped to keep sharing with you what I have been learning and realizing about how our systems like yoga are really designed to help us learn to work with ourselves, take care of our inner environment, and do that emotional healing that's needed in order for us to tap into the true joy, love and peace within. Yoga teaches that in life we can develop patterns of storing experiences and emotions in a way that is now called trauma; we start to learn that our best bet is to learn to be able to work with ourselves, take care of ourselves, become more mindful and apply an energetic and spiritual approach in releasing and resolving these blockages. Finding a way to feel OK inside is what it's all about, and really learning to rewire our m understanding of how this is something we find within versus through manipulating or chasing that from others. 😳 This is so exciting in our evolution and understanding of mental health, emotional wellness, and the power that we have is individuals to make these internal changes that can really reshape our lives and relationships. 🤩Tune in for more on how this works, reach out if I can help you bring this into your daily life and how you take care of YOU on the inside. 💕Sending lots of love, LJ💜
